Store Manager – Ace Hardware

We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver the friendly, helpful service Ace Hardware is known for. This role is ideal for a strong retail leader who can manage people, inventory, and performance in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop store associates to deliver excellent customer service

• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and labor management

• Drive sales, merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy

• Manage ordering, receiving, and shrink control

• Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and company policies

• Analyze sales and financial reports to improve performance
