Position Summary:
The Store Manager oversees all aspects of store operations, including staff leadership, customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and financial performance. This role ensures the store operates efficiently, safely, and profitably while maintaining 3B Hardware’s commitment to community and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and employee performance
  • Oversee inventory ordering, receiving, and stock management
  • Ensure attractive, well-organized merchandising and store presentation
  • Monitor sales performance, expenses, and profitability
  • Handle customer issues and resolve concerns professionally
  • Maintain safety procedures and compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with ownership on business goals and operational improvements

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience; hardware or home improvement experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems and point-of-sale operations
