About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Cashier to join our team! As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll ensure a positive shopping experience by providing friendly, efficient service and accurate transactions at the register.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments responsibly.
• Assist customers with inquiries and product returns/exchanges.
• Keep checkout counters clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Support the store team with merchandising, restocking, and other duties as needed.
• Follow all company cash handling and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
