Maintenance Superintendent

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and systems are maintained in optimal working condition, promoting a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and effective management of maintenance staff.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to optimize equipment performance.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best maintenance practices for our industry.

Skills:

• Proven experience in maintenance with strong understanding of electrical systems.
• Strong background in maintenance management, including planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks.
• The ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Excellent supervisory skills to manage a diverse team of maintenance professionals.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
