We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for specializing in customer experience with Appliances, Furniture and Bedding.

Position Details

• Full Time
• Salary Plus Commission ($35,000 – $120,000 annually)
• Guaranteed hourly wage for first 90 days during training

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training is needed, but beneficial
• Self-driven, detail-oriented and goal focused
• Being a team player and willing to contribute wherever necessary
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow up in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work during peak times including weekends

Primary Duties

• Provide the ideal solution for each customer’s unique needs
• Become an expert in Appliances, Furniture and Bedding
• Be knowledgeable and cross train in other categories to assist customers in busy times
• Build lasting relationships with your customers
• Contribute to marketing and promotional planning and execution
• Maintain maximum level of customer experience through the entire customer journey
• Ensure store readiness as it pertains to our standards
• Conduct inventory spot checks
• Accurately update pricing and tags while keeping merchandising up-to-date
