About the Role:

Are you looking to start your career in digital marketing and sales?  West Texas Radio Group/Brazos Digital Media is hiring a motivated, coachable, and tech-savvy Entry-Level Digital Salesperson. In this role, you’ll learn how to sell digital advertising solutions—including social media ads, display campaigns, email marketing, and more—to small and medium-sized businesses.

We provide full training and mentorship to help you succeed in a fast-growing industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn to prospect new clients and understand their marketing needs.
• Assist in selling digital advertising products like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, and SEO packages.
• Support senior sales staff in developing proposals and campaign strategies.
• Make outreach calls and emails to schedule meetings or demos.
• Help track campaign performance and gather feedback.
• Maintain activity records in CRM systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Interest in digital marketing, advertising, or media sales.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Self-motivated and comfortable with goals or KPIs.
• Ability to work well in a team and take constructive feedback.

Bonus (But Not Required):

• Coursework or internships in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, social media platforms, or digital analytics.
• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
