Digital Account Manager

Summary of Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our 44i Digital team, with the focus being on strengthening our business relationships with our business partners.  This role will include being able to help with strategic planning, client management as is ideal for someone who wants to have a solid foundation of being able to have digital conversations with client engagement.  This individual must have exceptional skills in client-facing roles and you will have an important role of coordinating digital campaigns among the clients we work with and our digital team.  We must provide client satisfaction and clear communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand the client goals and digital needs
  • Maintain ongoing communication and provide strategic advice with the assistance of the digital team

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Be a liaison between the client and internal teams (social, digital, creative, accounting)
  • Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within the scope of work

Project / Campaign Organization

  • Work with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time – this may require assisting in working with client to get the assets needed for campaigns to start on time and achieve positive results

Managing Client Communication

  • Keep clients informed about company updates, product changes and any other relevant information

Addressing Client Inquiries and Concerns

  • Respond to client questions, resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and meet client needs
  • Ability to translate client needs to the digital team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello
  • Ability to analyze data and digital reporting
  • Previous experience in digital marketing campaigns is a must
  • Deep understanding of the various digital marketing channels
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance
  • Experience managing multiple projects, setting deadline, and ensuring timely completion
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing digital environment

This is a full-time position.  Annual salary $60K plus benefits.  This position is located in Sioux Falls, SD and is not eligible for remote work.

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 Per Year
