Counter Sales Associate

Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Counter Sales Associate to join our 3B Outdoor Equipment team. This role is customer-facing and focused on providing excellent service, product knowledge, and support for outdoor power equipment, tools, and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter
• Answer questions about outdoor power equipment, parts, and accessories
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with special orders, returns, and warranty information
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized counter area
• Communicate with service technicians regarding parts and customer needs
• Follow company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or counter sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of outdoor power equipment or mechanical aptitude a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
