Assistant Store Manager

Position Summary:
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing staff, customer service, merchandising, and inventory management. This position helps ensure smooth store operations, a positive work environment, and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising, training, and motivating employees
  • Support scheduling, task assignments, and daily workflow
  • Provide outstanding customer service and handle customer concerns
  • Help manage inventory, ordering, and product stocking
  • Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and safety standards
  • Open and close the store as needed
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience; leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory processes
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer service
