Position Summary:
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing staff, customer service, merchandising, and inventory management. This position helps ensure smooth store operations, a positive work environment, and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising, training, and motivating employees
- Support scheduling, task assignments, and daily workflow
- Provide outstanding customer service and handle customer concerns
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and product stocking
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and safety standards
- Open and close the store as needed
- Contribute to achieving sales goals and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience; leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory processes
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer service
