Advertising Sales Assistant

Z102.9, 1600ESPN, X107.5, SmartFM and CI Digital Group need a sales assistant to support our dynamic sales team.  The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational and time-management skills.  This position includes a lot of plate-spinning, including things like business development, event coordination/execution and administrative functions. The job involves work in several aspects of the sales process:  research, uncovering client needs, cold-calling, customer service, account maintenance, creating proposals and reports and scheduling advertising.

We’re open to full or part-time.  If part-time, needs to be consistent hours, with 4 hours per weekday. There will be some night/weekend hours occasionally.

Candidates should have:

• Software proficiency: Ability to quickly learn industry software applications.  Proficiency using WordPress and Microsoft Office; Word^®, Excel^®, PowerPoint^® & Publisher^®
• Valid driver’s license: a satisfactory motor vehicle driving record and proof of auto insurance must be maintained. Failure to maintain a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and/or an acceptable driving record may be grounds for immediate dismissal.
• Be able to pass a background check.
